At Groves Outdoors LLC, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return and exchange process ensures a quick resolution.


1. Eligibility
  • Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

  • Used or damaged gear (e.g., tents with signs of wear, opened sleeping bags).

  • Customized or personalized products.


3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our support team at help@geoves.shop within 30 days to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the provided return label (if applicable).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).


4. Refunds
  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit: Option available upon request for faster resolution.


5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?

  • Contact us first to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos/video of the issue.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.
